Pack up personal items. Home buyers want to image their items in the home not yours. Make sure your home is decluttered of any nick-nacks and personal photos and buyers can see the open space your home has to offer.
Born in Nova Scotia and "raised" in many cities across Canada, including Calgary, Montreal, Toronto, Fredericton and Victoria. Growing up in a construction family Dawn has been trained as a carpenter by her father. An eye for architecture with a flare from many different cities gives her an appreciation for finely built homes. Having done most of the building process herself during her construction career, from foundations to framing, roofing and finish work, Dawn understands the construction process.
Prior to entering the real estate profession, Dawn trained as an elite athlete with the National Women’s rugby team from 2003-2006. She represented Canada at the World Cup in 2006, in Edmonton Alberta. Along with her Bachelor of Arts degree (major in Sociology and Criminology), she continues to pursue education in order to achieve the highest professional standard of excellence for "YOU", the client. Dawn has a remarkable work ethic, and a strong passion for helping people, which makes working with her invaluable.
